MY STORY

How I Started...

I received my first camera as a Christmas gift from Dad when I was 10 years old. It was a little Kodak set that came with a carrying case and some film. I basically used it to take photos of my cats and would sometimes force my younger sister to be my model (I still do this, actually). In high school I was the photography editor for the yearbook committee. I loved it! Every aspect of it interested me; from actually taking the photos and designing layouts, down to seeing the finished product in my hands.

Flash forward to now. I'm a wife and mother with an even greater passion for photography. I enjoy working with clients to create special images and priceless memories. I love the entire creative process of photography. Every client is unique, just as every session will be unique.

I specialize in taking portraits of families and children and high school seniors, but I love to capture all the beautiful moments for your family. Engagements to weddings, maternity through baby's first year, and everything in between.
